Professeur titulaire

My research interests lie in three main areas. First of all, I am interested in employee involvement and ways of better diagnosing employee empowerment. This is a preliminary step often bypassed by those attempting to enhance employee commitment. My second research interest is evaluating the potential and competencies of individuals at work. More specifically, I am interested in evaluation tools and methods for understanding and predicting behaviour in the workplace, in a nuanced and useful manner. Lastly, I am interested in balancing performance and psychological well-being at work and am attempting to identify determinants or interventions likely to have a positive impact on these two outcomes.

I strongly believe that knowledge in my research and teaching fields can be best advanced by establishing ongoing dialogue between researchers and stakeholders in organizations, so as to pool their respective expertise.
